Our lovely village primary school provides a wonderful, supportive learning environment for children from Rudry, Draethen, Waterloo and the surrounding areas.

We are blessed with a fabulous community of staff, friends and family who have always ensured the PTA is able to fund additional items and experiences to make the children’s time at Rhydri extra special.

Our fundraising efforts have been challenged by the current pandemic, with our usual events on hold.

We want to ensure we can fund additional equipment like Chromebooks and iPads, outdoor and PE equipment, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) learning resources and more.

Every ticket bought will help us ensure our children’s time at Rhydri is a positive experience full of happy memories.

As well as the amazing main prizes on offer by the race organisers - £500 and an Apple iPad, plus vouchers - the PTA is arranging raffle prizes for the furthest travelled virtual balloons in our cause.
