Sadly, due to the current situation, we've not been able to raise any money for our lovely school this year. We had lots of fun events such as the discos and summer fete planned and it hasn't been possible to go ahead with these. We are hoping to raise money which we will use to help transform the Oasis courtyard (outside Y1) area into a brilliant outdoor learning space. We have exciting plans to put in seating for a whole class, a colourful mural, planters and outdoor learning equipment. We are aiming to create a useful area that will benefit the whole school. You can buy a virtual balloon or balloons for £3 and give it a name, colour, shape and pattern. A computer simulation uses real weather information to guide the balloons, which can be tracked on your smartphone or computer over the course of a week.

The winner is the balloon that gets the furthest by the end of the week from the starting point in the Sahara Desert. The balloon that travels furthest from our competition will win 20% of the takings AND will have a their balloon and name painted on the mural. 2nd prize is 10% and 3rd prize is 5%*. You will also be in with a chance to win prizes from the organisers including £500 for the overall winner, an Apple iPad and £10 book vouchers. So please enjoy decorating and tracking your balloons, you can enter as many times as you like. We hope that with the help of everyone we will be able to make the Oasis a really special place to learn.
