Sadly, due to the current situation, we've not been able to raise any money for our lovely school this year. We had lots of fun things planned, not least our Summer Fair. .We want to continue to raise funds for the children of Lakenheath Primary School even though we can't hold our usual events. We are currently raising funds for laptops and playground markings.

So, to try to fill the gap, we’ve turned to raising money online and this is where you can help, by taking part in our Virtual Balloon Race.

In addition, there are prizes for the winner and runners up of the national race which you automatically also become part of. So, multiple chances of winning!

Setting off from Dracula's castle, it's a seven-day computer simulation race where everything is real except the balloon.

You can buy a virtual balloon for just £3 and give it a name, colour, shape and pattern.

The software designed to run the race uses live weather data to determine the progress of each balloon and each entry can be tracked on Google Maps and Satellites once launched.

You can alter your balloon’s parameters at any time to increase your chance of winning.

Each balloon costs just £3 and you can buy as many balloons as you want to increase your chances of winning. Every balloon really will make a difference.
