Ormiston Families is a lifeline for people going through really tough times - including mental health struggles, dealing with the loss of a parent and seeing a loved one go to prison.

The charity, which has been running for more than 40 years, gives local people the counselling and support they need so they can find the resilience and strength to have a brighter future.
