What we are raising money for:
Ysgol Bro Famau PTFA are raising money towards buying an outdoor classroom, which will promote outdoor learning opportunities for the children at our school.

The Race:
We are hoping that our supporters will buy plenty of virtual balloons and enjoy watching them progress during the race!

Prizes:
1st: £500
2nd: Apple iPad
3rd: 10 x £10 book vouchers
Ysgol Bro Famau PTFA will also award a £10 cash prize to the balloon that travels the furthest out of those balloons bought through our page. You will need to tick that you are happy for your details to be passed to us so that we can contact you if you win.

How it works:
The site uses real weather patterns to predict where and how fast your balloon will travel. Can you get the rubber thickness and helium content balance right for the weather conditions to get your balloon to travel the furthest without popping? Why not buy several balloons to try out different combinations and in case one pops!

What you need to do:
1. Register/login so that you can be contacted if you win a prize
2. Buy balloons through our page (only £4 each)
3. Choose a shape, design, and colour for your balloon and choose what helium content and thickness may get your balloon to travel the furthest. This can be modified before the race.
4. Watch the race start on February 14th at 12 noon.
5. Login to track your balloons on their journey and see if any are in a winning position as many times as you want over the 7 days
6. Login to check if you are a winner at the end of the race
