Our Parents and Friends Association is a group of parents and volunteers whose main aims are to enrich the school experience of pupils and create a strong sense of community within the school. We want to raise funds for the new outdoor classroom and community garden so that we can purchase plants, bulbs and gardening equipment etc. to let it bloom later this year.

Valentines Virtual Balloon Race 2022

Launches 12 noon Monday 14th February for 7 days from the Trevi Fountain, Rome


Create a Heart (or other shape) balloon for yourself and/or your Valentine.

Design your own computer generated virtual balloon varying, not only the outside of the balloon, but also the thickness of the latex - the thinner it is the faster it will fly, but can POP!, the thicker it is the slower it will go but will be more robust. Then track it around the world. Real time calculations are used to forecast the flight - wind speeds, temperature - are mapped over seven days, on Google Maps
