Odiham Districts Scouts' Expeditions 23 Group

Odiham District Scouts has 27 young people selected to attend one of two fantastic opportunities in 2023, the World Scout Jamboree in South Korea or a 3 week Hampshire Scouts expedition to Europe known as ‘Project 23’. Additionally, three adult volunteers have been selected to be unit leaders supporting the young people on the expeditions. The cost of the young people and leaders to participating in these once in a lifetime events is considerable, totalling £80,000 across the group.

Expeditions 23 Group Chair, Alex Yates said "The balloon race is a fun and easy way to raise funds, with a low entry cost, which we hope children, young people and adults will all enjoy. We are hoping to raise over £3000 to kickstart our fundraising.”
