Three youth members and two leaders have been selected to represent Greater Manchester East as part of the UK Contingent where they have been challenged to #dreamwild so jump on board and 'draw your dream' by designing your own balloon to race exactly 12 months before the scouts are due to arrive at SaeManGeum, South Korea. #25wsj
