The Allsorts Toy Library in Stroud is the only one of its kind in Gloucestershire. It houses a large range of high quality toys and specialist pieces of equipment for children with additional needs. Families can take things out on loan giving them the opportunity to find which toys work best for their child. Toys aren’t just about play, they can also improve physical, developmental and cognitive skills in a fun and safe way. You can also find a variety of sensory items such as lighting, tactile toys and weighted blankets. Some of the larger items can help assist with some of life’s daily challenges.
As a pan-disability organisation, we welcome children and young people from 0-25 years old with any disability or additional need.
We are looking for donations towards our Toy Library which could create smiles, improve lives and make a lasting difference this Christmas.
