Emmaus charity in Bolton supports people to work their way out of homelessness, providing meaningful work, training, support and a stable home for as long as someone needs it. That’s why David Lloyd Bolton has chosen Emmaus to help raise money for. Winter is a difficult time of the year for most of us, but even more so for those that don’t have a home. Please help us in our mission to aid those in need this winter.

Anyone over the age of 18 is able to request a place in the community, provided you are willing to take part in community life and work in our social enterprises. Emmaus does not operate a waiting list and therefore admittance is on a first come basis. Unlike other homelessness charities, there is no restriction as to the length of stay – companions are welcome to live in the community until they are ready to move on.
