Zellweger Spectrum Disorder is a rare, fatal, metabolic condition, Children on the severe end of the spectrum rarely live beyond a year old.

Living with a condition as rare as PBD-ZSD and closely related peroxisomal disorders such as DBPD and ACOX, can leave families extremely isolated. Zellweger UK can offer emotional and financial support, and bring families across the UK and Ireland together. By supporting research we offer some hope; it is only with your help that we can continue to support families and raise awareness of this little known disorder.
