We are holding a 'virtual balloon race' and we would love you to get involved in raising money for our Farnham Common Village Schools to help us purchase additional items to help support our children's learning, improve the children's well being, help improve their education and time at school.

We will be awarding an Easter prize for the winner of each year group and you will also be in with a chance of winning one of these top prizes (awarded by Ecoracing for the overall winner of all the virtual Easter races held):

• 1st £500 Cash,
• 2nd Apple iPad
• 10 lucky winners of a £10 Book Token

The race starts at noon on April 4th and runs for 7 days. The virtual balloon that "travels" the furthest wins! Virtual balloons can be purchased for £3 each from now until the start date by clicking on the Blue "Buy Balloons" Ribbon below.

****Please include your child's class in their balloon's name as we there will be a class for the winner in each year group!****

When designing your virtual balloon take extra care to choose the right materials and configuration as this will help or hinder your chances of winning the race, and there is also a small matter of real-time weather to be taken into consideration. How about adding a special message to your loved one? You could buy numerous and race against family and friends

Don’t forget to track your Virtual balloons progress by logging into your “Dashboard”. Good luck and may the best balloon win.

What is a virtual balloon race?

It's an environmentally friendly alternative to releasing actual helium balloons! You choose your balloon (and can customize it by colour, shape, pattern, thickness and even the amount of helium!)

All balloons are ‘released’ and then Ecoracing uses actual weather patterns and wind directions to calculate how far and fast your balloon is travelling.
