You’ve probably all seen the brand new Cwtch Cabin in our lower school playground – well now it’s upper school’s turn! Lurking behind the upper school building is a disused patch of land that we want to transform by creating a fantastic STEM cabin to inspire our budding young scientists. This outdoor classroom will provide a new learning space for upper school children where they can conduct experiments, build models and create artwork in the great outdoors.
However, we cannot make it happen without your help.
To build the cabin we need £4,000
for ground clearance and another £9,000 for the cabin itself.

Because we are currently unable to run our usual events like school fairs and quiz nights we have decided to take part in something a little bit different.

On Coronation Day (June 2nd) we are joining forces with other charities to raise much-needed funds and we are inviting you and your families and friends to join us in a virtual balloon race. By participating, you will also be in with a chance of winning one of these top national prizes:

• 1st £500 Cash,
• 2nd Apple iPad
• 10 lucky winners of a £10 Book Token

There will also be prizes for the balloons that travel the furthest from within our Llandaff City community, details of these will be shared on our social media pages.

The race starts at noon on June 2nd from and runs for 7 days. The virtual balloon that "travels" the furthest wins! Virtual balloons can be purchased for £3 each from now until the start date by clicking on the Blue "Buy Balloons" Ribbon below

When designing your virtual balloon take extra care to choose the right materials and configuration as this will help or hinder your chances of winning the race, and there is also a small matter of real-time weather to be taken into consideration. How about adding a special message to your loved one? You could buy numerous and race against family and friends
