RSPCA Cornwall is a self-funded branch that works tirelessly to helping animals in need in Cornwall. We take in animals regardless of their age, background, behaviour and medical needs. The rehoming rate at RSPCA Cornwall has succeeded itself every year and that's all thanks to the dedicated staff and volunteers that devote their lives to unwanted and mistreated animals. As a separately registered charity from the RSPCA, we rely on public donations to keep our rehoming centre running. This centre costs just over £500,000 every year to keep its doors open.
Our rehoming centre helps hundreds of animals every year and we need help more than ever. We usually hold multiple fundraisers throughout the year, which raises much needed funds for the animals, but due to the pandemic, we have not been able to hold these fundraisers. Virtual fundraisers have therefore been a lifeline for our dedicated charity.
We love what we do, any we will always be fighting for justice for animals.
