Will your balloon go further than Granny’s? Will yours get to darkest Peru or sunny Mexico, or will it fizzle out over the Atlantic Ocean? Join in our virtual balloon race fun and help us raise funds for our school.

Create your winning design for the School's Out challenge and wait for your balloon to be released on July 17. Track the real time progress of your balloon over the next 7 days and keep your fingers crossed yours will beat the elements and emerge the victor! The race is virtual and eco-friendly, using real weather data over the 7 days.

Buy or gift your balloon now – every purchase supports your friendly PTA - Friends of St Giles Primary School. So far during this unusual challenging year we have supported the school through funding music workshops, laptops for home learning, First News subscription, and of course some Easter chocolate! This is our last fundraising event this school year, let's finish the year with a Bang! (Pop?)

Each balloon is £3 and you can customise your balloon for your own strategy to win the balloon race!

First prize is a one year family membership for the Bluebell Railway.
Second prize is a £50 John Lewis voucher.

There will also be a prize for the best balloon name!
