HELP US GET TO SOUTH KOREA
In 2023, we (Emily and Ethan) are heading to South Korea with Scouts.

We need to raise £3,945 each to help us get there.  We need to come up with inventive ways to fundraise and we've chosen this environmentally friendly,  fun way to raise some funds!

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to share culture, stories and spend time with Scouts from around the world on a camp with 50,000 other Scouts.

OUR VIRTUAL BALLOON RACE
Our Easter Virtual Balloon Race is a 7-day, computer simulation race where everything is real except the balloon! It’s 100% eco-friendly with no risk of harm to wildlife, no plastic waste, or litter.

Each virtual balloon costs just £4 and you can buy as many balloons as you would like.

Setting off from Alice Springs, Australia, the balloons will be ‘released’ on Easter Sunday, 17th April 2022 at 12pm (noon) and race for 7 days.

Enjoy taking part in this fun event and track your balloons live as they gently float across the virtual sky. The specialist software uses live weather data to determine the progress of each balloon and they can be tracked on Google Maps and satellites once the race has launched.

The race finishes on Sunday 24th April 2022 at 12pm (noon). Winners will be contacted directly via email.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Just sign-up (so we know who you are if you win), once you've paid for your balloon you can then name, personalise, and decorate your balloon via your dashboard by choosing the shape, colour, and pattern, plus the helium content and rubber thickness.

BUY/ GIFT A BALLOON

To buy a balloon as a gift, once you've signed-up, simply purchase a balloon activation code for £4 each and send the code via email or WhatsApp to your family and friends for them to activate. You could even print it out and pop it in a card or wrap it up for a lovely Easter surprise. To join the race, gift codes must be activated by 11.30am on Easter Sunday. The gift recipient can decorate, name, and track their balloon themselves.

NATIONAL STAR PRIZES - for the top 12 balloons travelling the furthest from all charities joining this race:
* 1st prize - £500 cash
* 2nd prize - Amazon Echo Dot - 4th generation
* 10 x £10 national book tokens.

EMILY & ETHANS PRIZES - for the top 2  Jamboree supporters' balloons travelling the furthest in this race:
* 1st prize - £10 cash
* 2nd prize - £5 cash
