To provide the opportunity for Scouts and Leaders from Andover to experience an International expedition during late August 2024. We will be staying at at Kandersteg International Scout Centre (KISC), in chalet-styled accommodation to optimise opportunities to rest.

Approximately 12,000 Scouts and Guides visit the centre each year from about 40 countries - creating a unique international atmosphere, giving our Scouts a time to make new friends and learn about different cultures.

KISC offers a wide variety of activities based on the three main programme themes of International Friendship, Environment and High Adventure. Some of the activities we've got planned are white water rafting, hiking in the Alps, and visiting the capital city Bern.

We aim to return all team members safe and well to the UK, to develop the leader team towards better leaders of the future and to enable our young people to a unique abroad experience.
