This year i am running the London Marathon in aid of Phab Kids. Hopefully it goes ahead! Charities are among those that are really struggling in 2020 and really need extra support. Phab inspires and supports disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults to make more of life together. Phab enables people of all abilities to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side.
