Stonar is raising money for Coppershell Farm Sanctuary, our elected school charity for this year. The sanctuary rescues, provides care for and rehomes animals in need. Many of these animals have been abandoned, neglected or are simply unwanted and a key aim of the charity is to find them a loving, permanent home.

This is Stonar's first virtual balloon race and we would love as many people as possible to join in. Escape the winter lockdown blues by immersing yourself in the race and travelling the world virtually. Will your balloon make it to the end of the race or will it fizzle out somewhere over the Atlantic? Create your winning design ready for the race launch from the Eiffel Tower at 12pm on Valentine's Day. Track the real time progress of your balloon over the following 7 days using Google maps and keep your fingers crossed yours will beat the elements and emerge the victor!
