As a national charity we provide support to over 50 families in the UK and Ireland who have, who live with, or who care after; someone with the rare genetic condition Cri du Chat Syndrome. Many of those individuals have learning, motor and sensory difficulties. We aim to help not just the individual, but their wider support network with initiatives such as holiday care packages, newly diagnosed packs, grants for SEN equipment and respite, friendship and much more.

Funds raised from this race will go towards sponsoring an online Level 1 Makaton course for 10 people with one of our trained and certified tutors. Our other programs will benefit from funds that exceed our initial target.
