Welcome to our page!
Covid has left us with few fundraising opportunities over the past two years but we’ve found the
perfect PTA fundraiser – a virtual balloon race. We’re excited to see the fun the race brings our
pupils and who our winners are on 9 June.
Over the next five years, at a cost of £15,000, PTA will be fundraising to put interactive screens into
our classrooms to replace the whiteboards. Our outdoor Christmas Trail kicked off our fundraising
year and raised over half the money we need to bank for this year’s contribution to the interactive
screens, and our balloon race is the next new fundraiser in our calendar and we hope to raise the
rest of our £3,000 for the year.
Pupils, enjoy decorating and personalising your balloon for our race. Even though the race starts
when school is closed, keep watching online to see how your balloon is doing. You never know, your
class could be one of our winning classes enjoying a pizza or ice cream party in June! Or you might
even be lucky enough to come first, second or third in the overall race and win £500, an Amazon
Alexa/Echo Dot 4th generation or a £10 book token.
