Grief and a Cuppa is an initiative to offer the community a support group for anyone bereaved no matter the length of time it’s been since a loved one has died.

During lockdown we met online but have now started to meet face to face again.

We drink tea, talk about grief, laugh and share memories in a safe environment with other bereaved people.

There are walks in the surrounding areas, creative projects and grief and loss 1-1 training programmes offered to help with Grief Healing for adults and children.

We would love to be able to offer 1-1 support without a cost and help far more bereaved Children.
