Jon should be celebrating his 21st birthday on 22 March 2021 but he was tragically, suddenly & cruelly taken away by SUDEP on 16 June 2019. We are going to mark Jon’s birthday each and every year via Jon Shaw Foundation Awareness Day.

OUR GOALS:
* Promote and support the mental and physical health of young people with epilepsy
* Support the mental health of bereaved siblings
* Promote awareness all aspects of SUDEP among the general public.
* The Charity will be governed by a number of Trustees and supported by a team of volunteers
