Welcome to the Rotary Club of Hertford Shires Christmas Virtual Balloon Race. This year, as part of the Christmas celebrations, we are presenting a computer simulation balloon race where everything is real … except for the balloon!
Our virtual balloon race is 100% eco-friendly, and comes with no risk of harm to wildlife or property. Each balloon costs just £3 and you are free to enter as many balloons as you like.
Log on to the internet and track your virtual balloons live as they float across the virtual sky. Challenge your family, friends and neighbours, and enjoy being a part of this fun “open air” event … all without leaving the comfort of your home.
The organisers are awarding prizes of £500, an iPad and ten £10 book tokens. All awards will be based on the distance travelled by your virtual balloon when the race closes.
And ... it is possible for your balloon to win more than one prize!
The virtual balloon race will begin on Christmas day and will last for 7 days. The race will depart from Santa's Village in Lapland!
