The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic is a difficult time for us all – for our patients and their families, our NHS colleagues, our volunteers and fundraisers, and everyone else affected across the region – particularly if they are currently going through cancer treatment or dealing with a diagnosis.

Across the region, clinical teams continue to provide world class care for those living with cancer. Cancer does not stop because of Coronavirus. The care that our clinical staff provide does not stop because of Coronavirus. Therefore, our mission to fund world class cancer treatment can't stop either.

Come what may, we must continue to provide the same levels of funding to life-changing projects, for the benefit of our patients.

By joining in with our balloon race, which sets off at 12pm on Saturday the 8th August, you’ll be helping to make a difference to local cancer patients and helping to fund life-changing cancer projects across Lancashire and the South Lakes. And it’s fun!
